MAC technologies Inc. collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to respond to inquiries received through the website.
When registering inquiries, we collect Subject, Company Name, Contact Person’s Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address.
2. APPLICATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
MAC technologies Inc. uses personal information only for the purpose of providing accurate information and responding to customer inquiries.
3. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
MAC technologies Inc. retains and processes personal information within the retention and use period agreed upon by the user or as required by law.
Specifically, the following items are retained for five (5) years:
Subject, Company Name, Contact Person’s Name, Company Telephone Number, Company Email Address, and Inquiry Details.
4. THIRD PARTY PROVISION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
MAC technologies Inc. does not provide personal information to third parties unless it falls under Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as with the individual's separate consent or special provisions of the law.

If you wish to access or update the Personal Information submitted through the Sites, or to make any inquiries (including requests of cancellation or deletion) about the collection or processing of such information, please contact us as described below in the section labeled "Contact“.
6. INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED
  • 1) We use Google Analytics to understand how our public website is used and which products interest visitors. Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are measured only if they allow analytics in 'Cookie settings'. Visitors from other regions are measured by default and can decline at any time in 'Cookie settings'. Declining does not limit any website function.
    • Recipient: Google LLC (contact: https://support.google.com/policies/contact/general_privacy_form)
    • Countries: the United States and other countries where Google operates processing facilities
    • Data: cookie-based online identifier, sanitized public page address and title, language, country-level location, search-engine referring domain, visit, inquiry-saved, catalog-download and email/phone-click events, and general browser/device information
    • Purpose: understanding website use and product interest
    • Retention: detailed analytics data 2 months (not extended by activity), analytics cookies 60 days, choice cookie 180 days
    • Inquiry form contents, names, contact details, company names, passwords and member IDs are not sent. Advertising personalization, Google signals and granular location/device collection are disabled.
    • Legal basis: your consent where required, and Google's data processing terms including Standard Contractual Clauses

  • 2) Personal information collected with the customer’s consent will be destroyed without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as upon expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose

    • Paper documents: shredding
